有都冇乜用，因為第一份約通常係搶高咁投返嚟，聽過有Ｄ場續約時係有得減租嘅（可想而知第一份約個租金係比市值高得多）再拎出嚟招標，都要睇下多唔多人爭，其實參考價值唔係太高咋，尤其係某Ｄ場附近冇乜零售設施，獨市生意
