昔日過度擴張的759 阿信屋,過去一年大刀闊斧刪減逾...阿信屋北望神州 林偉駿:未來增長靠內地 <br /> <br />昔日過度擴張的759 阿信屋,過去一年大刀闊斧刪減逾40 間門店及調整產品組合後,生意漸見回穩。母企CEC國際(0759)主席林偉駿接受專訪時終於鬆一口氣,指今年生意已由「死守」轉為「穩守」,更透露今年業務大計將北望神州,發展中國市場,月內將在重慶開第二間759 阿信屋。<br /> <br />港業務變陣 轉型「街坊士多」<br /><br />事實上,759 阿信屋本港業務似已見頂。店舖數目自去年起大幅回落,由高峰期的271 間減少45 間至目前的226 間,同店銷售卻仍然全線按年下跌4% 至5%。不過,店舖再減,總有底線。林偉駿表示,供應商供貨價格很大程度建基於門店規模,為確保一定的議價能力,門店需維持約220 間,因此,今年不會再大幅關店,反而重點調整店舖至租金較低的位置,個別店舖租金有望下調20%,並將關閉旅遊區商場內門店及街舖,轉移集中於人流有保證的領展(0823)旗下商場及房署旗下屋邨開店,由昔日的日韓人氣零食店,轉型為「街坊士多」。惟他表示,整體租金支出仍會輕微上升,預計租金佔收益比例將維持13% 至14%。<br /><br />linksuperfanshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05989097665839201770noreply@blogger.com
